Every September, the award-winning Moab Music Festival brings world-class musicians to stunning red rock venues around Moab, Utah for a feast of chamber music, jazz, and traditional music concerts. We call it "music in concert with the landscape," celebrating old and new chamber music, jazz with a Latin flavor, and traditional music from around the globe.
you will find concerts in the Grotto, the ranch, Historic Star Hall, in nature, Sorrel River Ranch, Red Cliffs Adventure Lodge, Old City Park and private homes.

Overview: Fest founders, Michael Barrett and Leslie Tomkins wanted to join Moab's superb landscape with something just as distinct. Hence, the Moab Music Festival was born. The festival holds events at several of the worlds' most unique venues – Moab's famous Star Hall, a home over looking Mill Creek Canyon, a home in the La Sal Mountains and the banks of the Colorado River. Yes, you heard correctly. Several concerts on the roster play in a grotto along the river which boasts some of the most amazing acoustics around. It also features very unique programs from some of the world's best folk, jazz, vocal and living composer musicians and bands.

Details: Ticket packages are available for the entire season or for weekends 1, 2 and 3. Each weekend runs from about Wednesday through until Sunday. Locations are all well within a few miles of the center of Moab and more information on getting there can be found by contacting the Moab Music Festival's box office.
