Moab, Utah is not just for mountain biking anymore. The proximity of the town to the La Sal Mountains in southern Utah, makes it an excellent location to stay and take advantage of the stocked lakes in the mountains that yield good-sized trout. If you crave a meal of catfish, you may want to try fishing the Green River or the Colorado River. Fly-fishing is also a favorite sport now popular in the Moab area.
