Overview: Held on the second Saturday of the month, the Art Walk is a great event to acquire art with Southwestern motifs. Art Walk exhibits last for about one month, so there is always variety throughout the spring and summer seasons. 

When: Second Saturday of each month.

Where: Downtown Moab

Fees: Free admission

Details: Art mediums include traditional painting, sculpture, large format landscape photography, decorated musical instruments, jewelry, mixed media, and woven articles. Receptions given by the galleries and museums offer an opportunity for residents and visitors to meet and discuss artistic pieces with the artists themselves. In additional to the permanent works on display, musical performances are also part of the creative atmosphere of Moab Art Walk.

Participants include the Petra Gallery, Overlook Gallery, Moonflower Market, Framed Image, Tom Gill Gallery, Moab Arts and Recreation Center, Cat's Lair, Museum of Moab, The Western Image, and Earth Spirit. Most destinations are centrally located off Center Street in Moab.
