Tours of the vast area known as Monument Valley are available through out the year. Rather you plan your vacation in the spring, summer, autumn or winter, you will be able to take advantage of a recreational tour that will introduce you to this fascination land and to the Native American Heritage of which it is a part.

With its location completely within the boundaries of the Navajo Indian Reservation, Monument Valley is rich – in not only amazing geological structures and history – but also rich in the cultural resources and history of the Navajo people.

Various businesses and individuals offer tours of the Monument. Choose from Jeep or other Off Road Tours, exploring via horseback, hiking tours and/or immerse yourself in the Navajo culture by touring specific cultural and historical native sights. You can spend an hour, a half-day, a full day or several days exploring the area. Overnight camping tour packages are also available.

Take an individual tour customized for just you and your family and/or friends. Alternatively, join a group tour. Many of the individuals and businesses listed here also provide bus tours, school/student trips, family-reunions, church groups and many more.

Reputable, knowledgeable, and professional tour guides work with and are licensed by the Navajo Recreational Department of the Navajo Nation and the Monument Valley Tribal Park.
